The worst right now is the Philidelphia Sixers. No scorers or stound out guys. The best will be the Nuggets. With Melo and Iverson attracting double teams, Smith jaying 3's, and Camby back, this team will be unstoppable after the suspensions are all done.

Record wise Dallas is 22-7 San Antoni is 22-8 and Phoenix is 19-8. Philly has the worst record w/ only 7 wins.....But in my opinion the Mavericks r the best team coz we rule and we r the best team

The best team is San Antonio Spurs. The worst is the Atlanta Hawks. Memphis has a worse record than Atlanta, but they are in the West which is much tougher than the East.
