I don't feel they should be executed quickly as the article stated. Those kids all had or will have a slow painful death...no child deserves that, ever.

I don't think that the doctor and nurses are to blame... they just did their job... for crying out loud... if they plan on killing children they would be a rapist!
It is the government's fault! They supply more money for their military instead of their healthcare...
Godbless the Doctor and the Nurses! And also the children who will help improve the country forever

The article does not explain how they infected these children. If they purposely infected these children then I think they deserve what they get.

Who knows what the supreme court will do with this ruling. It wasn't carried through in 2004.
I personally think they should get the same sentence the children got. Dileberate HIV. That's a horrible way to die, especially if you receive no treatment.

I do not trust the Liberian authorities.
Do people on Yahoo Answers really believe that doctors and nurses will deliberately infect hundreds of children? Come on! They are probably innocent. The real sinner is the poor standards of hygiene in hospitals in that country.
God may be great, but people's stupidity is even greater!

If this is true, they certainly received the right punishment and it should happen immediately. OR, let the families of these poor children take them and carry out their punishment.

I've heard they're scapegoats for poor hygienic practices at the hospital.
