Very likely. You'll need to bear in mind that penguin hunting is instinctive in bi-polar bears but they struggle with the new wrappers.

This is a true story a primary school teacher I know told me...On a trip to the zoo some young kids managed to stuff a penguin into a school bag and bring it home ,The child was found with the penguin in the bath! By her mother...! I thought it was a very funny story. P

No- he's only bi-polar if he resides in both North and South poles.
