All the girls in my class say he is a pervert because he looks down their shirts when they set next to his desk. Should he be fired or not

Hard to prove. If he is a real threat to the students...yes. However, this is pretty hard to prove and it may be just a rumor that got started. I think every class of students has different rumors and stories about different teachers. This story is like a teacher we had when we were in high school too. Use caution, but do not label a man...it could damage his reputation and there may not be any truth at all to this.

If he is acting inappropriately, AND YOU HAVE PROOF, then he should be reported and the school board / district should work to have him removed.
That said, you can't act on heresy. If these girls are so concerned about this guy, they should tell their parents and their experiences. Finally, I have seen the way some young girls / young women dress and behave; if the young women making the accusations are anything like what I see on a regular basis, it would be hard for me to condemn the teacher without absolute proof. I can't believe how some of these girls dress, and that the parents allow them to go to school looking like whores.
I may get a lot of flack for that last statement. I'm not saying that anyone deserves to be sexually assaulted in any manner, but there's also a responsibility not to place ones self in a position that might provoke harm.

IF their is a problem, go through the proper channels. Have the girls talk with their parents, the particular teacher, then the administration, and then the local Board of Education to see what needs to be done. Be carefully that all facts are out before coming to any conclusion of the situation.

There was a teacher like that when I went to HS who ended up getting fired. It is really up to the district and how many girls are experiencing this who are willing to speak up about it.
In my personal opinion, yes he should be fired. Teachers are not supposed to make their students uncomfortable like that. Not cool.

I hear students saying unfair things about teachers who don't deserve such treatment all the time. Unless you see it for yourself, don't "completely" believe it. Sometimes one kid can turn a group of kids against a teacher, I watch it happen every year. Keep the rumor in mind though, just in case the evidence starts to mount.

There are accusations like that about every teacher. I'm sure he is not looking and if he is he is probably wondering why they are dressed like little floozies

You need to have absolute proof. Have someone video tape him doing so. Do not just throw accusations that are unsubstantiated.

still, i guess the girls should watch out, dress properly, and report any funny behaviour.
