It's been dreadful. The hi-lite was David Platt at Christmas Dinner. How awful the rest was is unbelievable. Thank goodness for Telewest and Sky. The terrestrials were dreadful.

The Vicar of Dibley is getting married to a hunk (obviously Dawn French writes the script so she can do what she likes) but in real life he wouldn't really fancy her. Anyway it wasn't as good as the one when she agreed to eat all those Crimbo dinners. But I agree with you the BBC take 300 billion in licence payer's fees and can't come up with anything else apart from reruns. Hope you feeling better.

It was lame cr*p, all repeats or the same tired old film that we are word perfect on because it is never of the screen. I'm sure the 5 main channels only have a dozen films amongst them because they keep showing the same ones. The best films were on satelite but due to incompetence from NTL, I couldn't watch them,

Yes - Christmas Eve - great programme about the Pogues song 'Fairytale of New York' - anyone who likes the song should try and see it. Worth watching just to see what Shane McGowan looks like now...

Doctor who wasn't as good as I'd hoped it might be but it was still fabulous. Catherine Tate (who I don't like much) was magnificent. I also watched a film called 'rushmore' which blew me away.
