i got a video30gb for christmas and i haven't gone shopping lately...can i buy just the charger that the usb cable goes in by itself? or do i have to buy the package??

you can buy the charger by itself. it is expensive though. Go down to your local electronic store, or apple store and check it out.

I have a wall charger that was like $30. It works only if you plug it into the wall though & requires the USB. I have seen bundles that come with a car charger too, but I got one of those from Target for $15. Go to the car section and look for it- not the electronic section. Works great!

I would definetely suggest buying a charger and a usb cable cords. if you were to by a charger though i would suggest an iHome, it is way faster than a computer and you can plug your iPod into it to make the music play so everyone can here it. and you dont need usb cables for the iHome it is fairly expansive though. but i would think it is the best way to do it.

The USB cable that came with your ipod actually can be use to charging and transfer your data into your ipod from your USB slot on PC. The package is a standard electrical plug to let you recharging ipod without using PC.

Yes you can go to the apple store on line thats one way also I saw one at target it cost about 30 bucks
