NO.
sorry i just got my iPod and when it all boils down you need to:
1 - Goto www.apple.com and download iTunes
2 - download or if you already got it, go to mp3 rocket, limewire, morpheus, and browse the songs you want and download them
3 - if you dont do number 2 and download them from iTunes youll have to pay 99 cent a song rather than doing number two and getting them free!
4 - you need windows media player. drag and drop downnloaded songs onto windows media player in library
5 - then go back to iTunes and click file and like open new folder or something and transfer files to the iPod.
6 - make sure your iPod is already plugged it and then it will be a button that says upgrade iPod or whatever and you get to name your iPod!

Put all the songs you want on your nano in itunes. Then connect your i-pod to the comp and itunes should pop up and automatically transfer the songs for you. Good luck!
