i want add some picture in my bloger website from my folder

When u make your blog u should have seen there is a picture option. There u have to mark weather u have to set your avatar picture or other.

to go register the following site and create your own bloger. the link of the website is "www.blogspot.com"

You have to have the URL of the picture I would use Photo Bucket then upload the image to photo bucket then it will give u the URL!!!
