They weren't really acting as news anchors there, so what they said was okay. What Rosie O'Donnell said was broadcast the day before; since most of the audience now knew what she had said about Trump, the journalists were in a position to discuss it and offer their opinion: because it was not breaking news, they did not have to treat it as such by withholding their thoughts..

From watching that clip, I say since they both like to fight send them to Iraq.
I wish them two stooges would go away. I thought Trump had more class than to acknowlege anything that has been said by that pathetic windbag. In that clip, Trump said that the windbag's show was doing poorly and is doing slightly better because he is being talked about. After that, I couldn't stomach Trump's arrogance any longer.
