MKULTRA type? Are they using LSD? You know you're not going to be able to get even with them if they've already screwed your brain over. And you're not going to get compensated if you go on trial. During the Cold War, only one human was ever compensated: for $15,000 . AND you gotta get the government to believe you, which won't be possible because their probably linked with them anyways. But you can always try making some sort of bomb threat on the company that did it or start randomly murdering their top scientists. I'm sorry to hear about this...good luck trying to stay alive
