See this tard kid who lives 2 houses down form me always walks up and down the street and he takes my mail out of the mail box and puts it in someone elses mail box.....I don't get it...why...I have told the stupid tards parents but they aren't much better off then he is....Should I call the police....

Step 2: Put rabid squirrels in your mailbox.
Step 3: When the parents complain, tell them that the kid put rabid squirrels in your mailbox.
Step 4: After large fight with parents steal their mail!!
Step 5: READ IT!
Step 6: Publish it on your MySpace.
Step 7: Wait until the parents do something really bad in return
Step 8: Call the police. Blame it on tard kid.
Step 9: Be happy!
Step 10: Gimme 10 points or tard kid will come back.

i believe you would call the postal authorities..they have their own police for that..messing with the mail is a federal offense..send him up the river! ;o)
