Nothing "makes" men settle down. A man will not settle down until he is good and ready to. Getting married won't do it. Having a baby won't do it. Nothing you can do will speed things along. If he's not ready he won't do it and you should move on!

When the man feels that he is ready to settle down. He can't be forced to because that will only push him away.
