As had been suggested, alt+ctrl+up arrow.
OR open control panel, open the Intel GMA/Extreme software click display settings and on the right (left for you?) where it says enable rotation, put the dot in the 0. Click apply and you may want to uncheck 'enable rotation' in the future after you straighten things out.
if this isn't an Intel video card, than these stops won't work.

Because you pushed a button on your laptop that rotated the screen.
Depending on the brand and model will determine how to rotate it back to right-side up! Look over your keyboard for a button that looks like it might rotate it and try it.

If you have an nVidia video card that is an option in the card, you can rotate your screen. If you go into your video card settings you can fix it fairly easily.
It also could be a virus, actually its pretty likely that is the cause.

Someone messed with your screen options. Just right click and choose properties and find the one that has the angle of the screen. Someone is messing with you.

Because you are sitting on your head instead of your butt. It can be a confusing thing. One should have more hair than the other. Good luck!
