There are many advertises on the intenet that they pay in dollars for clicking the ads. on their sites. They commit to pay the certain amount when their targeted amount is reached. I have subscribed to some of these sites since six months and have already crossed their limits of earnings. But still I have not received a single penny from them, forget about the dollars. Can anyone guide me whether there is any authority on internet who can stop such misleading ads and punish them.

Well, its easy to get fooled on net. I am sorry, but the fact is you are a victim of that as well. When you go for such pay per click programs, make sure you are tied up with some known companies like Yahoo, MSN, AOL or google. These are most trusted & reliable web companies offering such servies.

I have used several of them without problems, but I have refused to pay to join a service.
In all the sites I use, I must actually request payment before it is sent. I had one site that was well over the amount, and had expected it to be sent, but found out I had to fill out a form and request payment.
Not on the internet. If you are in the states, the state attorney general's office is the authority.
Contact the sites first and make a specific request for payment first. Most of them allow them to change terms without notice, and you may be in a situation of having to apply for the money now.
All of mine have gone to the process or requiring a filing of a request form before any funds are released.
Good luck, your money is probably waiting for you, but a couple of them make it kind of tough, in that you have to print out an application form, copy your ID, and mail these in before being paid. Even then, they are allowed up to twelve weeks before they pay.
