all u need is 2 unblock the phone which is done by many cellular repair places.
i had my uk phone unblocked by the phone shop in sandton city

SAGEM works in SA and does not need to be unblocked specifically for SA, just get an SA sim card.
(Did you buy the phone from an authorised seller?)

Hi.
i am from SA too. I am sure that there is a SAGEM office/building around here to sort & queiry it out. Byt try first in the UK you would not want to come here & its not able to be fixed here

I stay in JHB.
Listen if there is somthing wrong with the phone then you will only be able to fix it in the U.K. but if ur network is blocked then you can just speak with there customer sevice.What is the model of ur phone and what network you with maybe i can cheack more into it for you.
