learn to be opened minded and do the things you are affraid of. It's more a state of mind than anything else. If you mean like physically affraid of things, then learn not to fear dying. If you mean affraid of emotional things then become less sensitive.

You have to really want to overcome fear in order to overcome it. Then you have to set a goal; more like a step by step approach. Identify the things that most make you fearful, then start working on the simplest i.e. the ones that you believe that you will overcome in the shortest possible time. Overcoming fear means that you have to build confidence. You know how you feel when you are doing the things that you do best and are comfortable at doing. Try getting yourself to feel that same way when you are trying to do the things that you are fearful of. It helps a lot.

You can start by meditating on the subject in which you fear. For example....relax and think about what it is you fear, and try to remember or figure out the source of that fear. Like how old you were when you first had the fear, and what made it come about. Once you explore this...then try to think of things that would make it easier on you not to have this fear. Then Face it!

Well you came to the right place .I have had fear all my life of one thing or another hights asking women out dealing with bosses authority figures you name it.And what I have found is that you just have to face them again and again and again until the fear starts to lessen .You just have to feel the fear for what it is just a feeling and step through it.But some fears are healthy and their for a reason like you should be afraid of getting shot in the head for example. That is a heallthy fear bullet in head no good.Good luck hope this helps you

I read the bible everyday and pray with God to let my fear vanished. I also talk to someone about everything to overcome it.

I take a deep breath, and just go for it.
Like I'm a bit afraid of heights, but I wanted to climb a rock wall.
Pressing that buzzer was one of the greatest feelings in the world.
I'm kind of considering sky diving in tandem, one day. I've been up in airplanes, it's fun.
You've just got to go for it.
Hope this helps

Face your fears. That's the only way you will over come them. I think you need to hit them head on.

Honestly, just by "facing it." It's the only answer.
