Differences in how exact same temperatures feel to us depend on things like wind chill (outdoors) or humidity. Wet air feels either hotter (in high temperatures) or colder (in lower temperatures) than dry air at the same temperature because of the effect of the extra water vapor on your skin.

the aircon needs to cool down the warm air indoor more than one hour depends on the size of the room.but if it's raining, the outside cool air w'd blow in,the room w'd be faster cooling n get colder, cos the compressor of the aircon works better n faster to compress the air in the room even though the thermostat is untouched.

best wishes.

The body will actully cool when you are outdoors in the cold, and an avg temp room can actually feel cool if your body is longing for (needing) to warm up.

In contrast, when you are in the hot sun outdoors and your body needs to cool down, the same temp room as in the previous example will feel great because it is what your body is needing.
