i have 2 pc's and i installed a game on 1 of them, and then when i got another computer i installed the same game on it. And it doesnt work on either computer now. what should i do?

The game is Sim's 2 university and it just keeps freezing and every think goes wierd, it never used to do that on my other pc

Could it be one of the games that Require Internet access to play? Some games like Half-life2 have a registration process and account information that needs to be active just so you can play.

For instance in Half Life, you need to have a account with "Stream" which is a program you install. You also need to register, could be the situation you are running into.

Hi...

Well to gain a better understanding, the following is required:-

1)- Title of the game.
2)- The error message.

Another common problem is that sometimes for no valid reason (at least not known to the user) the .EXE (excutables) get modified. You will have to either reinstall the game or "overwrite" the .EXE again, with the one on the game CD/DVD... 90% of the time that works.

bring it back to the store that it was bought at with identifacation of the store were it was purchased
