in films, they have hairdressers that do their hair for them. then the computer effects people take the actors image out of any mirror.
the reason that they supposedlt cannot see their reflection is because they have no soul. Mirrors are supposed to reflect a persons soul.

The legend of the Vampires that was written states that they can see themselves in a mirror but their reflection really shows them for what they really look like and not the so called magical look that they project to the people around them......... And that is why all vampires hate looking into a mirror. And the stories that I have read said that they look and smell like years of rotting flesh.............. And that must be a real blow to a vampires ego...............

Your not supposed to think along those lines. However in most of them the hair is slicked back. Thats about the easiest thing you can do without seeing themselves. They may also have a groomer.

well for one,a vampire is very unique,like one example like you just stated,they cant see there own reflections,but as far as your how are they so well kept,hmm well..considering they arent even human to begin with im sure,they dont have to up keep themselves as a human would,you figure if they sustain injuries they just go back to sleep in a dark area to regen themselves,i think its becuase they dont have any impurities,like human aging and what not,and they dotn have dry skin,etc...get the idea?
general idea,they dont work like how a human would,they dont have to up keep themselves,cuase they probably dont suffer from anything.
