yes, i had my ears pierced when i was 12 let the grow shut i had problem with them,i was 30 when i got them redone no problems yet !!!

Possibly. It depends on where the peircing was. If it was in the soft lower fleshy part, it might be more than a scar...you might have part of a hole still left. (I did after 8 years. It only partly closed. I was able to repierce it right through quite easily!) However, if it was done on the harder cartilage part of the ear, then that usually closes all the way up and I wouldn't repierce that yourself. You could risk injuring yourself...hitting a nerve or something. Get it done professionally.

You can repierce your ear if it has healed. Piercings will heal, like any wound, if treated properly.

Sure. You can even have it pierced through the scar. It will be harder to pierce the scar tissue, but it can be done with no ill effects.
