See if you can source things of no great use from your home or friends home and sell them on eBay.com, this should start fetching you some money.
Instead you can also make this as your primary business by advertising people to drop in their stuff for you to sell them on eBay. The modus operndi is you charge commission on the sale of your customer goods.
Hope it helps you.

There are ways to make money online which don’t cost you money, but what you don’t spend in dollars you will spend in time.
If you don’t have any money to spend you should consider creating a free website (geocities) or blog (Wordpress) on the topic of your expertise, a subject of your strength whatever it is. Offer quality content of value to your readers.
Firstly and most importantly you will need to get traffic so people know your website exists. A lot of people use an ebay store to promote their ebusiness website but another good way of getting traffic without paying money is to submit articles on the topic of your website to various article directories. Article directories allow you to share articles with other people looking for content for their website.
At the bottom of the article you can include a link back to your website in the “about me” section so every time someone puts your article on their website there will be a link pointing back to your website. You cannot only gain traffic from the article directory site but you can also gain traffic from the various website, which picked up your article.
To get even more traffic if you want to try your hand at a bit of SEO (Search Engine Optimization). You can use a free trial of a keyword tool called Wordtracker to look for keywords, which people will type in to find your site.
Your first instinct will be to target keywords, which have the most searches but don’t do that. They are too competitive to get a good ranking for and the traffic is not targeted enough. Focus on a lot keywords, which don’t have many searches each month.
Why you’ll want to do that is because if you have a website about cooking and you target the keyword “cooking’ you will be up against sites 153,000,000 other websites trying to target that specific keyword. The websites, which get a first page ranking use, advanced SEO and most likely spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to get that position.
Sign up for some affiliate products to monetize your website. Another way to profit from affiliate links is to take them offsite. Some article directories allow affiliate links within your articles and even some classified sites also.
You can also visit forums relevant to your website and have a link to website in your signature. Be sure to read the rules though, each forum is different. If you’re going to include forums in your plan never ever spam an online community. Meaning don’t just say, “visit my website” for the sake of it.
As you can see there are many ways to earn money online without spending a dime. Even though these methods are free in terms of money you will have to trade not spending money to spend time.
Though eventually when you’re making a decent amount through “free” forms of traffic you can reinvest you money to pursue paid forms of gaining traffic which as good or better.

It's a big scam just to rip off you. First it starts with buying software with a couple of hundred dollars then it goes on like technical support etc., In the first instance they take your credit card number then keep on charging for this and that. One fine morning you realise that you committed a big mistake by giving credit card number. By then it will be too late.

There may not be a best, but if you have a specific interest or an expertise, eBay may be a great place to start. You can find suppliers willing to work with you and just get started.
