a fishing boat has been seen throwing glass bottles into the water while the boat was docked at a pier, the bottles where then being washed into the beach, we have the registration of the boat

1st stop would be the Harbor Masters office, Coast Guard and environmental offices. Still not satisfied try Green Peace they will know who to contact.

They need to be reported. Imagine what they are disposing of on the open seas if they are doing that at the pier.

Try to report the National Coast Guard of the locality since you hav thr boat registration number. If uthey don't take any action then go to the ministry of environment

The Harbour officer, or better still, the Maritime Coastguard Agency.

The reason for the latter is that fishing ports can be really tight knit places, and he may well be a good friend of the harbour master. Thats how these places are occasionally run...

All navigable waterways are owned by the US Government. Report the violation to the US Coast Guard or the Army Corps of Engineers. They will forward the complaint to the proper level.

you'll probably get the quickest response from your local police or sheriff department.if your in Texas contact the police and ask them for the "rat on a rat" phone number,that'll fix'em good,the rotten bastards.
