i just a ipod suffle and cant hear the music

Install Itunes on your computer. Then you can drag the songs onto your ipod in the Itunes window. Everything you need to do with your Ipod can be done within Itunes. Other than that, you only need to leave it plugged into your usb port for a while to charge up. And, don't trust the little battery charged light on the back. Mine never works correctly.

That is true, iPods are not like other MP3 players, where you just connect them and drag a few songs and then start listening.
You need to install iTunes... and then do all that you want from there.
