Best Route to Crystal River, FL?

Driving down from S.C. - Yahoo Directions say to go I95 to I295 to I10 to 301. I was going to drive in by way of I95 to I295 to I10 to I75. Which would be faster? Don't want to do a lot of stop-n-go driving.

Go down I-95 to Routh 44 and go west. Its a nice scenic drive.

What part of SC? If you are closer to 95, take 95 to 295 to 10 to 75. If closer to 85, 85 to 75. 301 is fine if you grow tired of highway driving. I have gone both routes.
