Its driving me nuts! I scanned for viruses and none were found. The I did a SpyBot check and 10 problems were found and fixed. Why is this still happening? I have WIndows2000.

Could be more than one reason? Monitor connected correctly? Make sure it's in snugly. How old is the monitor? Or your video card for that matter? Broken Video RAM can act up like that.

If you're thinking it's software, try xcleaner?

Mine does this only after I have went with an infrared mouse. I noticed it as soon as the driver was installed and I started using the new mouse. It is very aggravating especially when trying to read. I have tried to get used to it, as I didn't want to go back to the old mouse with the ball.
