Is there any way to repair minor moth damage in a wool coat,without having it rewoven?

NO... is the sad answer.. If the holes are small enough and not that many.. then you might.. just might be able to get by with some minor sewing(by hand) using the same color of thread as the garmet itself

if you are lucky enough. place a pin or broach over the hole.
