Case knives are the best. i got a set for a wedding present 6 years ago, and i have never needed to sharpen them. they are the best knives i have ever used.

God I love my garlic press!!!
I used it for pressing garlic BUT it is also great for squishing spices or for crunching pills. My daughter can't swallow pills so I put them in the garlic press.... AWESOME utensil :P
