The answer is "A", but the business and economic impact was that it broke the finances of the North Vietnamese government for the next 5 years.

The Tet Offensive happened in 1968, most likely several years before you were born. You are looking for the reason or reasons why this WAS the turning point of this conflict. A very interesting homework or test question. What it has to do with Business & Finance, I am not sure. This is a Military question.
If we examine a first, you will find that the United States and ARVN defeated the Viet Cong and NVA militarily in the urban areas. Not a decisive victory, but one that set back the NVA's operations for quite some time. Second b: It did not expose an exhausted NVA/VC army, they had prepared for months in advance, it reduced them to an exhausted army. Third c: The VC/NVA scored a political victory in the U.S., since the Military leaders had told the press and public that they 'saw the light at the end of the tunnel.' The conflict lasted another seven years.
Fourth d: It did not assure the end of the war, only the departure of the U.S. and the defeat of the ARVN in 1975 assured the end of the war.

I'll add to patrickmcc55's comment above.

C is the correct answer as he pointed out. The Tet Offensive was a military defeat for the North Vietnamese but a political victory. It is considered the tipping point politically here in the US. After the Tet Offensive even people who originally supported the Vietnam war turned against it for the reasons Patrick cited. Prior to this it was mostly the fringe that was against the war. After Tet an accelerating number of mainstream people came out against the war because they saw no way for South Vietnam to win or hold onto the victory without the constant support of the US.

c.
The Tet offensive was not a military victory by the communists, but it exposed that the south was incapable of defending itself, without the US Army.
