I don't understand why people like you do not put their brain in gear before engaging their keyboard.
At least up until now automobiles kill more people in the United States per year than terrorists. Why don't we just ban automobiles?
Hospitals kill in the neighborhood of 300,000 patients a year because of wrong medication, wrong diagnosis, and wrong medical procedures. Why don't we ban hospitals too?
We smokers have had the Constitutional right to smoke for over two hundred years and now idiots like you are trying to take them away in a heart beat. You have the Constitutional right to go elsewhere if you are afraid that little bit of smoke will kill you. Nobody is stopping you. I don't stop you, don't you stop me. It pisses me off when people screw with my Constitutional Rights because of their ignorance. Get a brain.

Tobacco generates a LOT of money and tax revenue. Governments couldn't afford it if everybody stopped smoking.

selfish corperate assholes who think that money is more important than saving millions of people's lives...thats why. and also, so many suicide counts probably would happen since many smokers go crazy and depressed if they try and do cold turkey. so either way they would be dying...but i think they should get rid of it.

remember what happened when alcohol was banned? it didn't work. do you honestly think that banning tobacco would be successful? i'm no saying that i'm against it - i hate it when people smoke, but it's not realistic.
