I made a podcast and i need to put it on the internet using Windows Media Player...?

I made a podcast and I need to put it on the internet. I would like to put it on my Freewebs, Batcave, whatever, maybe even MySpace. I want to put a Small Windows Media Player box on the site. maybe even Quicktime.

How do i do this.

subscribe a blog or a site.
send your files using ftp program.
try to learn basic html commands.

Learn HTML, and then embed a player in your page. Or, upload it to MySpace, and then use the embed code that they will generate for you.
