The room I keep them in is a bit cold. It is inside my house in a spare bedroom that does not have heat installed yet. I put a lot of bedding in their cages and little igloo homes. Is that Ok?

I used to breed hamsters and if the temperature stays above 60 F you'll (they'll) be ok.

As long as they have plenty of bedding to burrow under, they will be fine. Just make sure that the room temp. doesn't get too cold. If the temperature in the room is uncomfortable for you, then it is too cold for the hamsters.

They should be fine. I think hamsters do well in 65-72 degrees. But if they have enough bedding and shelter and they can pile up on each other, they should be fine. If they start getting very lethargic, it may be too cold.
