i just got a car like yesterday but when i drive the steering wheel shakes what could that be and are plymouth breeze's any good

Generally something very worn in the front end. It's not safe to drive. Breezes are not very good cars by any measure.

There are a few things to quickly check. First, check your tires and see if they have any unusual wear or scuffing (tires should wear out evenly if properly inflated) and are properly inflated. If there are wear problems, then they need a balance and possibly rotation. If that is not it, then have the wheels aligned. Those would be the most obvious of problems to cause a steering wheel shake.

Sorry, I do not know of the Plymouth Breeze, so I couldn't tell you if it was a good car or not.

Could be a number of things; worn bushes in suspension or steering components, Tyre shape, Wheel balance, Wheel alignment / tracking, Steering idlers

like yesterday you should check the wheel balance and the struts.
