Looks to me like this wouldn't be too painful....maybe 2 or 3 on the pain scale my friend. Dont let the body fool you - - - looks flabby and unfit - - true does have a bit of extra padding there BUT....
I am 6' 2" - - 228 lbs very fit but have a weakness for fatty foods and beer. Hehehe, so - - I've got some extra padding in the stomach area. I'm very active, go to the gym, lift weights, cardio - -etc. I also do some boxing - kick boxing. Let me assure you that although I've got some 'flesh' in the stomach area I can take a punch or a front kick to the stomach (a few times) with no issues.

It looks like it would hurt enough to keep me from doing it. Scaled at a rate of 8-9 in my opinion.

Depending on how good a shape he is in and what kind of alternative pain reduction practice he's doing, maybe a 3. But if he's like you or me, probably an 8 or 9. :)

well it depends on how much does that female weigh who jumped on that poor guy.. But He looks tough I think for him it might have been a "4".

that guy looks like its a 12 for me i think it would be a 4... i've lived through worse. getting kneed, punched, kicked etc in the danger zone..... i hardly feel it anymore.
