If you are trying to conceive you should be doing nothing that is dangerous during pregnancy.
If tanning raises your body temperature over 100 it is dangerous during pregnancy, particularly during the FIRST 6 weeks. It can cause birth defects.
If you are tanning for cosmetic reasons, just stop. If you are doing it for medical reasons (skin conditions, etc) do it for the shortest time possible and monitor your body temperature when you get out.

That is exactly what happened to me when I was pregnant with my daughter. I got sick while in the tanning bed and had to get out. I found out about a week later that I was pregnant. So, you very well could be. I'm hoping for you!

I am not sure but my advice to you is go have a pregnancy test to be on the safe side. It is not good for you to be tanning if you are trying to conceive.

If you're trying to get pregnant stop tanning. The heat is detramental to the health of the egg, zigote, and embryo.
The heat will make you nausious and sick.
You're not supposed to be exposed to heat over 100 degrees, or get so hot that you over heat. Tanning beds do both of those things.
I know it sucks, iam an advid tanner and had to give it up for this pregnancy.

If you think you might be pregnant you shouldn't be tanning. The nausea could mean you're pregnant but not necessarily. Take pre-natals if you aren't already and test if your period is late. Best of luck.

and from another site

"lying in a tanning booth can raise your body temperature to a level that may be hazardous to your baby, particularly during your first trimester. Having an elevated body temperature during pregnancy — that is, above 102 degrees F. (which can happen in a tanning bed, hot tub, or sauna) — has been associated with spinal malformations in developing babies"
