Staying home with our 6 children. We always do a celebration as a family.I figure, I only get the children for 18 years each, after that, they'll be out with their friends so I want to enjoy every minute possible in their lives. I've been out on New Year's before and I will have many more to celebrate after.

Staying home. New Years is a celebration of drunkeness and nothing more. We kid ourselves that it means something more but that is all it is. A designated drunken holiday. Who cares when a year passes? It passes everyday, every moment. All the silliness to celebrate what? Do we also celebrate where we have failed? How many will die on the way home from this drunken holiday?
