why, though I have a hotmail, can't i get into my account?

I have a hotmail account but whenever I try to access it I get the 'run around' if I do access it, it is only by accident. Can you tell me what I am not doing or doing wrong?

Nope; have no clue. No clue what "run around" might be either.
Remember; passwords ARE caSe senSiTivE.

the simple answer, Hotmail is served by Microsoft, and they are objects for most e-attacks and it can be ur unluck that ur account got locked. I had this problem ones and after 29 days i could login...
