As you probably know, in most people (90%, approx) the right hemisphere is dominant. With the other 10% or so, it's quite often the case that you get a kind of mixed dominance rather than anything as definitive ... I knew someone who was left-handed in most things but used a spoon and fork right-handed (though not a knife and fork) and lots of other cross-overs.
Usually there's a series of tests that involve seeing how accurately you point with one or the other eye covered, how long you can keep your balance on one leg or the other, which hand you use to reach for a variety of objects, etc., but the answer is quite likely to be 'mixed' as it is to be 'left-sided.'

There are some nice psychological tools available on www.mindtools.com. There you can find it out.
Roughly speaking, do u prefer learning through text (left) or pictures (right)? do u enjoy reading books (left) or watching movies (right)? Do u find it easy to solve crosswords (left) or jig-saw puzzle (right)?
Some people have also hypothesized that u can find out ur dominant side of brain by finding which of ur eye is dominant? (The right eye is dominant if u close left eye while taking aim with a gun, or shooting a picture in camera with viewfinder.) But this is not very precise criterion.

First determine your dominant eye. Point at a distant object (say, a tree). Close your left eye. If your finger still points at the tree looking only with your right eye, your right eye is dominant.
Confirm this by closing your right eye without moving your finger and open your left eye. If your finger no longer points at the tree, your right eye is indeed dominant.
Since your left brain controls your right eye, in this case your left brain is dominant.

Stretch out your arm out in front of you and raise one finger. Find an object across the room with a straight vertical line or edge. Line your finger up with that straight line and focus on your finger. Close your left eye, if your finger seems to jump to the side of the straight object, you have a 'left handed' brain. If it stays on the line, you have a 'right handed' brain.
