Try rubbing an ice cube over it until the gum is frozen and then you should be able to use your finger nail to scrape it off.

My nephew got gum on my mothers leather couch. I looked up the reader digest book of practical problems solver and they suggested peanut butter. It really did work, and you would have never been able to tell there was ever anything on it. DON'T use an ice cube as this will probally lift the leather as well. Good luck !

dont use any food or water product as they might stain or crunch up the elather...dr scholls sells this wart remover thing )because leather is like skin and the gum is a wart) it is liquid nitrogen, you freeze up the gum then get a thread of dental floss or fishing wire then slowily go under the frozen gum and get it off the leather.
it wont even leave a mark!

Try GooGone or WD-40. Test on underside of couch to make sure the substance will not alter the leather's color.

Well Rockstar, as other's have said... I'd try the peanut butter, the oils in the PB should make it easy to get off.
Citrus is another attemp.... as is Ice.
Best of Luck and Rock on.........

Believe it or not, peanut butter gets gum out of anything, even rugs... or you can freeze it w/an ice cube and it should come right off too..
