She is 5'2" was 34DD. She chose to have the surgery because she was having back problems.

Like any surgery, she will be sore for a while, and tender for longer. You will not want to man-handle ( you will excuse the obvious disgusting double-entendre) her for a while. Her breasts will look normal after all the healing has taken place - and overall she will look better, fitting better into clothing, having straighter posture, etc.
