I keep getting this sharp pain on both sides by where my uterus is it only lasts a few seconds but hurts really bad. It never happens on both sides at the same time it switches back and forth what could this be and has anyone ever had this before?

You don't say how far along you are. How long has this been going on? You should get in touch with your Dr. As soon as possiable! Like yesterday! Good luck!

they are called Growing Pains.... meaning your uterus is stretching to make room for the baby... if they are severe cramps then that a time to call your doctor.

You should see a doctor IMMEDIATELY! This can be a miscarrage. Please call your doctor to make sure everything is okay and that there is no stress on your baby. Good luck.
