I'm sorry you are having this problem. Welcome to the sacrifices of Motherhood. Nothing helps a great deal. The best I know is to use a wet wipe after each movement and apply just about any ointment or Vaseline. It's just the cleaning and blocking action that will get you through until next time. It will get worse before it gets better, that is sometime after, when the baby is born. But I honestly found that prep H cream seemed to aggravate the situation.

Almost no remedies will help with internal hemorrhoids, most medications just sit on the outside (tucks pads, preperation H, etc).
Also if it has torn it will take a long time to heal. I would just continue with a stool softener, keep your stools soft... not diarhea but very soft. That will help allow it to heal. Also try using a belly support to hold your belly up, that my stop your baby from lying in the same position. You can just use a long strip of cloth. Or you can buy a "pregnancy cradle". If there is a midwifery group in your area you may be able to rent/borrow one as they tend to be a little pricey.
Also, and I know this sounds strange, just try laying in a quiet room and asking your baby to move.
However even if your baby moves, or when you give birth it will take a long time to heal. It will likely take at least a month to heal.

I am 31 weeks pregnant and just went through this 3 weeks ago. As embarassing as it is, you need to graphically tell your Dr. your exact symptoms. If they are really bad, the hemorroids may have thrombosed. If that is the case, then there is nothing that you can get over the counter that will bring you any relief. My doc sent me to a surgeon (just in the office) who was able to get me back on track within 2 hours.....and a week's worth of recovery.

I had the same problem, I kept making sure that I didn't get constipated and even though they tell you not to do it, I took a bath with epsom salt before I went to bed and sat on one of those rings. I know how terrible it feels, but after it is all said and done it will be a memory...but don't believe those who say you forget the pain...you don't!! Good luck and best wishes!

Definately see a kinfolk wellness care expert. I had a terrible hemorroid after my third being pregnant. My wellness care expert prescribed a prescription suppository with hydrocortisone. It worked large, and reduced in size the hemorroid. In my journey, stool softeners never worked for me. And all those over-the-counter creams, drugs do not artwork in any respect. one difficulty that facilitates alot is fiber drink like metamucil.

The only thing that'll really help you is birth of the baby. Just hang in there.
