Assertive people don't allow themselves to be pushed around and tell you exactly what they think. Most are not very popular because of their straightforward demeanor. They are natural leaders and innovators, usually intelligent. They also know when not to assert their power and are not bullies. When they encounter bullies they don't have a problem dishing it right back out.

an assertive person is someone confident and bold, they are usually popular and natural leaders. they don't let anyone bring them down because they are very strongs and they like to give the payback, which they see as justice. they always stand up for their rights.
some are stubborn, fun, leaders, and they have a touch of aggressiveness and argumentativeness, but they still can be friendly.
they are always outgoing and not afraid to speak up. they are very popular and admired anywhere.
