If I was a preteen, I'd wear jeans and a sweater or hoodie. Something like that. Just because you're a preteen doesnt mean that you have to dress different than a teen does, just find clothes that you like in your size. Just nothing too revealing but I guess its winter outside so you dont want anything too skimpy anyways!
