Is not possible to unlock a 6630. The reason is that it has anti-unlock software built into the phone, no mobile phone shop or software can unlock it they claim to but I was told that its just not possible. You might be able to get it partirally unlocked but as soon as you take the simcard out it will lock again.

The only people who can unlock a 6630 are the network. I have a 6630 myself on orange.

I would try 1234 or 0000 those are usually default codes. If you have changed it from the default, I have no clue :)
