Pay off my debt and buy a house.

I'd go to a really good dentist for a change, pay for cab ride, and with no insurance pay out of my pocket several thousand dollars or more so I have much nicer teeth. Then I would buy this townhouse and rent some of the rooms...I'd put away a lot of it for property taxes and utility bills...I'd also open up my own small business, a recycle and repair shop where my employees fix just about anything at reasonable rates and have sorted bins for recyclables such as paper, aluminum cans, etc. so the patron doesn't have to try to figure out where he/she is supposed to take it. We do it for them.

I would first invest in a high interest baring account, buy stock in a communication company such as Verizon, place 1/3 of it in a savings account, give 10% to my church, open up an account for the grandchildrens' inheritance and replace my residence which was burned down 7 years ago. I would have it built on the same site it was originally on. I would only do this after I prove that it doesn't belong to anyone else.

Take more classes on business and finance.. there is much more to be known and understood.

At first buy houses for my brothers that dont have and pay in full for the ones that have houses, so they can live free of mortgage and be happy and less stress §§â¥Â§Â§

I'd buy a private island in the Pacific and build my dream house. Then I'd fly all my friends over for a giant bonfire/party/concert of some sort....I'd even buy the food and drink for them ;)
I would also buy my dream car...and maybe a sailboat...and....hehehe lots of things, but the things I've mentioned would be the things I'd do first :)

well, first I'd record a demo CD, then I'd become famous and buy a mansion in LA......or maybe I'd just donate it all the PETA (people for the ethical treatment of animals) who knows.
