Never had a butterscotch cake, but it sounds good! Go with the Butterscotch cake.

Devil's Food choc. cake, poke holes in it, pour some cherry jello into the 2 round cakes while still in the pan, refrigerate for 3 hours, and then frost it with whip cream, chop up cherry to decorate, OMG freakin' awesome!

Tres Leches or a decedant chocolate cake. I had some tres leches cake at a Christmas party and it was so fabulous!
