That depends on two or three factors:
1) Will the person in space be performing any type of manual labor in which he or she might be in contact with dirt or grease?
2) Will the person in space be subjected to high temperatures......enough to cause perspiration?
3) Will the person in space be able to take the clothes off at least once a day to bathe themselves?
Once you learn the answers to these questions, you can determine whether or not clothes get dirty in space.
Best of Luck!

If the clothes 'in space' are being worn by an astronaut in a space suit, space ship or satellite, humans continue to sweat, shed skin squams and void. That should cause the clothes to become 'used' or dirty. However to avoid fire, a high degree of cleanliness should avoid common dirt and grease, etc.

This is a great web site that is studying how much dust there is in space. But there is dust in space. This will get clothes dirty. But realize that the dust is about 20 to 100 microns at the largest, and are very, very rare. It would take many many years in order to collect enough dust to look dirty.

The underclothing get just as dirty from bodily odors, secretions, normal dead skin turnover as on earth.
The outerclothing gets dirty depending on the jobs done. Space suits on the moon missions collected moon dust. On a shuttle mission, the situation would be more akin to a very clean office job.
