Yes. We have the biggest bunch of idiots in charge where I work.
They ALL got their jobs because they were on the Big Boss's Friends&Family list.
I cringe when I think of all the outright stupid decisions they have made (they can't even make money from a plant in China, the work is coming back to the USA.)
If they were replaced by intelligent people the profitability of the place would SOAR, but they have NO imagination.
