Your friend is completely wrong. Maybe she's jealous because of how much he IS into you. Being able to turn him on is always a good thing. Just make sure that that's not the only area of your relationship that he's happy with.

No it does not mean that he is using you. As long as the look is directed towards you I wouldn't worry too much about it.
My husband of 15 years still gets turned on by me.
