Few are willing to accept the US role in Saddam;s vicious behavior. http://www.washingtonpost.com/ac2/wp-dyn/A52241-2002Dec29?language=printer
The information in the above link is the kind that comes out, usually long after the fact and in the back pages of the papers. Bush Sr. and Rumsfeld supported, armed, and trained Saddam and his minions, and though they did not commit these atrocities themselves, they do have their fingerprints on the outcome. If we were honest with ourselves, we could at least talk straight about topics like your question. But as we are mostly still in denial, you will be bashed for bringing this up.

The evidence is there and Saddam is responsible for the murder of thousands of Kurds and his "heinous" rule has finally come to a halt. There are hundreds of documents that prove Saddam committed these acts.

You drive a car. One night, you have one too many at the local pub. You hit a nighttime jogger. Should the police file charges against Ford Motors? Jeeze man...you really amaze me the way you continue to keep reaching further and further.

In one question, you state Saddam never had WMD, then in this one, you ask who gave him the WMD.......make a choice.

Oh don't tell us, the killing of the Kurds was a vast conspiracy of which Saddam had no role. And he seems vicious enough to figure out how to kill a bunch of people.

You see. Your countrymen will never accept that weapon producers in the west stoke conflicts to sell weapons. Nobody asks, would there be so many deaths if the conflicting sides fought without technologically advanced weapons? Wake up, people!
